URKIDE has a\u00a0modern kitchen,<\/strong>\u00a0equipped with the latest technology, where food is cooked daily in the centre.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0dietetics and nutrition team designs the different menus<\/strong>\u00a0in order to offer a\u00a0healthy, varied and balanced diet<\/strong>.\u00a0These\u00a0are adapted to the <\/strong>specific needs of the pupils, especially those with food\u00a0allergies and\/or intolerances<\/strong>. Always under medical prescription.<\/p>\n

We serve more than 400 meals a day with a healthy recipe book, including a variety of fruit and vegetables from leading brands.<\/p>\n

Three shifts for students:<\/p>\n

First shift 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Pre-school and Primary Education at\u00a013:00 h.<\/strong>
\nSecond shift 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training from\u00a014:30 h.<\/strong>
\nThird shift 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Training Cycle from\u00a015:30 h.<\/strong>
\nThe fee<\/strong> for the academic year 2025\/26 will be 8,64\u20ac\/day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To guarantee the\u00a0quality and safety of the meals<\/strong>\u00a0prepared, a self-monitoring system based on HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is in place. System led by a Food Hygiene and Safety Technician and by the Head Chef.<\/p>\n

An annual\u00a0Internal Health Audit<\/strong>\u00a0of the system is carried out, which concludes with a microbiological verification of both the handling surfaces and\/or tools used and the meals prepared, and\u00a0despite the excellent<\/strong> results<\/strong>\u00a0obtained to date,\u00a0the HACCP team proposes new improvement actions every year<\/strong>, seeking excellence in both the quality and safety of the meals prepared.<\/p>\n
