URKIDE School is an educational centre<\/span><\/strong> located<\/span> in Vitoria-Gasteiz and in the Basque society and open to the world. It is promoted by an associated worker cooperative<\/span><\/strong> declared<\/span> of public utility and non-profit-making.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our activity covers\u00a0<\/span>from the age of two up to Baccalaureate and a Higher-Level Training Cycle<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

We form an educational<\/span> community open to all,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>that integrates the diversity of people and life projects. We create a pleasant and cooperative atmosphere that enables closeness with students and families and the participation of the entire educational community in our project.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have our own innovative and flexible educational project<\/span><\/strong> which<\/span> is constantly evolving to adapt to social and educational changes. It seeks a balance between academic training, values and tools for the transformation of society.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our intention is to discover and promote the talents of each person, taking into account their characteristics and their learning pace (Urkide Bidean<\/span><\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

We give special importance to the tutoring<\/b> action\u00a0<\/span>(zutoretza),<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>to emotional accompaniment and to the creation of a safe and stimulating environment for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.-\u00a0Make the students the protagonists of their learning,<\/strong>\u00a0actively participating in the life of the school and developing the best version of themselves in order to transform society, without forgetting their roots.<\/p>\n

3.- Have a\u00a0staff committed to the school and its Educational Project<\/strong>, who will contribute their professional creativity in all the teams in which they participate in order to achieve the proposed objectives and collaborate in the achievement of Urkide Bidean.<\/p>\n

\u00a04.- Achieve the\u00a0greatest possible involvement and participation of the whole educational community<\/strong>\u00a0in the life of the school by fostering a good emotional relationship between everyone based on mutual respect, enthusiasm, positivity, good mood and closeness.<\/p>\n

5.-\u00a0Consolidate our simple, creative, transparent and honest management<\/strong>.\u00a0This management will be based on continuous improvement and constant innovation and will promote partnerships with organisations of all kinds that enrich our project.<\/p>\n
