URKIDE has a modern kitchen, equipped with the latest technology, where food is cooked daily in the centre.
A dietetics and nutrition team designs the different menus in order to offer a healthy, varied and balanced diet. These are adapted to the specific needs of the pupils, especially those with food allergies and/or intolerances. Always under medical prescription.
We serve more than 400 meals a day with a healthy recipe book, including a variety of fruit and vegetables from leading brands.
Three shifts for students:
First shift 1: Pre-school and Primary Education at 13:00 h.
Second shift 2: Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training from 14:30 h.
Third shift 3: Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Training Cycle from 15:30 h.
The fee for the academic year 2024/25 will be 8,47€/day.
To guarantee the quality and safety of the meals prepared, a self-monitoring system based on HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is in place. System led by a Food Hygiene and Safety Technician and by the Head Chef.
